Your Responsibilities


  • Selling charter flights, XO memberships and VistaJet Programs to end-clients within the China region, to hit and exceed sales targets.
  • Responsible for generating and maintaining a large and active pipeline of opportunities.
  • Negotiating within the commercial boundaries as set by the EVP & President of International team.
  • Improving brand awareness within the region.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities in the Vista CRM system.
  • Managing current customer accounts and developing relationships with your customer base.
  • Generating referrals from your current customer and prospect base.


Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience


  • 7+ Years Sales experience. Private aviation experience desirable.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; an additional local language would be an advantage.
  • Outstanding service and customer oriented behaviour;
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and as a part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience of working in the region.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and ambitious.
