To be successful, you’ll have:


  • Demonstrated operational experience or strong working knowledge within Airport Operations, ideally within Customer Experience
  • Proven experience delivering face‑to‑face training, coaching, or capability uplift in an operational environment
  • The flexibility and availability to work a rotating shift roster, in line with airport operations
  • Experience coordinating and delivering training programs within a highly regulated service environment
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with airline or customer management systems, preferably Amadeus
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or a related discipline (advantageous but not essential)
  • Confident and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine enthusiasm for training and developing others
  • Excellent organisational capability with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A decisive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to analyse and resolve issues while considering planning data
