The Role 

As our Senior Finance Manager for Group Financial Reporting, you'll take the lead on: 

• Overseeing the preparation and delivery of easyJet's Annual Report and Accounts, half-year disclosures, and interim reporting 
• Managing the end-to-end statutory accounting process for all relevant subsidiaries 
• Owning the non-financial reporting agenda, with a focus on sustainability metrics and carbon emissions 
• Implementing new reporting standards, including CSRD and IFRS S1 and S2 
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with external auditors and internal stakeholders 
• Leading and developing a talented team of finance professionals 

Requirements of the Role

What we're looking for: 

• A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA/CA or equivalent) 
• Proven experience in IFRS and statutory reporting for large, listed UK PLCs 
• Strong technical accounting skills and sound judgement • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities 
• Experience in subsidiary accounting and compliance 
• A proactive approach to understanding evolving reporting requirements 
• Leadership skills to inspire and develop team members 
• Ability to drive change and create a continuous improvement environment 
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for sustainability reporting
