Job Description

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end product lifecycle for crew rostering and optimization systems, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing and implementation
• Analyze crew utilization, rostering outcomes and system performance to identify improvement opportunities
• Work with vendors and internal technology teams on configuration, enhancements and issue resolution
• Support system deployments, enhancements and post-implementation reviews
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Operations, Crew Planning, Cabin Services, IOCC and Network teams
• Contribute to automation initiatives and continuous improvement of crew systems
• Develop robust and easy-to-use UI/UX with designers to improve user experience and increase engagement

Requirements



• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Min 5 years in the airlines as a Crew Planner, Crew Controller or Ops Controller
• Degree in Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field with specialization in Optimisation. 
• Familiarity with analytical or technical tools such as SQL, Python, Java, or similar
• Excellent communication skills; capable of explaining complex models, trade-offs, and solver outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences; strong stakeholder and change management skills.
• Experience in airline operations such as Crew Planning, Crew Control, Operations Control, or Network Operations would be highly advantageous
