Key Responsibilities 


  • Actively promote airline services to travel agencies, corporate clients, and potential customers in both domestic and international markets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand market share.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure contracts and partnerships across both markets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the domestic and international arenas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to address client needs and preferences effectively.
  • Monitor sales performance and financial metrics to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals across both market segments.
  • Analyze sales data and market feedback to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and cost reduction.
  • Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase revenue in both domestic and international markets.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue transactions.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure the smooth execution of sales transactions.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in in sales, in the airline industry or related field.
  • Experience in domestic sales, international sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Experience in airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the domestic travel market and industry trends or International sales regulations.
