About the Role

Do you maintain operational standards higher than a plane at cruising altitude? Do you tend to ensure safety isn't just a buzzword, but a way of life? This role will be of interest you.

You will be tasked with developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs and standards within the department. Central to this position is ensuring Ground Operations staff are well-trained, adhere to industry standards, and contribute to the overall safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of activities.

A subject matter expert, you will execute training programs effectively, utilizing various instructional methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences for airport operations and 3rd party ground handling frontline personnel. To ensure impact, you will develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and continuously evaluate competencies and performance of frontline operational staff.

You are known for designing immersive training materials so engaging that employees will fight over the last seat in your sessions. Further, you have an innate ability to speak fluent Safety Acronyms and translate it into conversation.

About You

Degree qualified, you possess a minimum of 8 years of aviation ground operations, including 5 years of training experience. We’d love to hear from you even more if you have training qualifications particularly ‘Trainer the Trainer’. Moreover, you can demonstrate familiarity with IATA, IOSA & ISAGO standards.
