The Airside Safety Policy team is responsible for implementing safety policies and processes at Changi Airport's airside, in line with CAG’s Safety Management System and aviation regulations. These initiatives are crucial in fulfilling our commitment to the safety of all personnel working in the airside area, as well as ensuring the safe operation of aircraft.

As a Senior Associate in Airside Safety Policy, you will play a vital role in the effective implementation and regular review of these safety policies and processes. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating closely with aviation industry partners to align efforts and maintain high safety standards at Changi Airport.
• Conducting thorough investigations into airside incidents to identify areas for improvement.
• Engaging stakeholders to monitor safety performance and drive continuous safety improvement.
• Leading safety promotion initiatives to educate and raise awareness on safety matters among the airside community.

Job Requirements:



• A good degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Experience and knowledge in aviation safety or workplace safety would be advantageous.
• ISO9001/45001 auditor qualifications would be an added advantage.
