Responsibilities


  • To lead and govern the Policy and Standards teams through all operations domains (focusing on Flight Ops and Cabin Ops). 
  • To facilitate meetings and forum, information exchange platforms are effectively functioning. 
  • To develop and run change management processes for policy/manual changes. 
  • To design and ensure execution of policy/procedure creation process. 
  • To ensure manuals and policies are up to date and deliver normal and ad-hoc revisions/changes in time. 
  • To advocate and facilitate standardization process in the operations domains and support growth and improve efficiency. 
  • To participate and represent the company at industry events. 
  • To ensure proper tools and resources are allocated to team members. 
  • To prepare risk assessment of the changes from the area of responsibilities. 
  • In conjunction with Compliance Central Auditor deliver the highest level of compliance is respected among the central services. 
  • In conjunction with Digital teams, looking into automation and digitalization possibilities for the processes in the operations domains. 
  • In conjunction with all operations domains coordinate the flow of the implementation of the new processes to make sure the standardization process is respected. 
  • In conjunction with Training domains making sure that policy and standards processes are respected and implemented into the training materials. 
  • In conjunction with all operations domains regularly align upcoming changes and ensure compliant reflection of changes in the manuals, policies. 
  • To participate in relevant meetings. 
  • To provide regular updates and periodical reports to management of the organization. 


Experience


  • Minimum 5-7 years of overall working experience, with at least 4 years in any of the Operations departments 
  • Experience in policy and standards area is advantage. 


Hard skills


  • Advanced computer user skills 
  • Power App knowledge 


Training Requirements: 


  • Internal: SMS and FRM trainings. 
  • External SMS training 


Education


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 


Language


  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
