Primary Responsibilities:


  • Monitor processes for the identification of fatigue hazards. Receives and collects fatigue reports for evaluation from the CEB Safety reporting System
  • Conduct investigation of fatigue related incidents, and prioritize investigations using a risk matrix and escalate moderate/high risk events to the attention of the FRMS Manager.
  • Ensure that crewmembers and others receive feedback to their fatigue reports.
  • Maintain and monitor the FRMS application to ensure it is updated and working efficiently.
  • Ensure maximum utilization of the bio-mathematical software and obtain scientific research for inclusion in FRMS risk assessments and FSAG Meetings.
  • Assist the FRMS manager in developing, implementing, and monitoring controls and mitigations as needed to manage identified fatigue hazards.
  • Ensure that relevant personnel receive appropriate FRMS education and training, and that training records are kept as part of the FRMS documentation.
  • Create presentations, bulletins, newsletter, etc. necessary for FRMS promotion.
  • Prepare quarterly and yearly report for fatigue hazards and FRMS updates.
  • Attend the monthly FSAG Meetings or whenever scheduled and prepare the minutes of the meeting as required.
  • Conduct Safety and FRMS Training for company personnel.
  • Coordinate with concerned CEB offices and external agencies on the investigation and implementation of corrective actions on each incident/accident/event handled by the Safety department.
  • Conduct Safety surveillance/inspection for MNL& outstation and prepares necessary report.
  • Assist the FRMS Manager on developing the overall performance of the FRMS.
  • Ensures that the FRMS documents and records are maintained and updated.
  • Assist in the Safety reporting analysis and Safety promotion process. 
  • Perform other task that may be assigned by FRMS Manager and/or Director Safety/Vice President - SQS


Qualifications:


  • Must be a college graduate, preferably with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering or any aviation-related course.
  • Background in Airport Airside Operations is an advantage
  • Preferably with a degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or a degree in a medicine/scientific field such as Psychology, Biomedical science or Ergonomics 
  • Preferably with at least one year of experience in an aviation-related environment conducting investigations of fatigue-related incidents, accidents, and occurrences.
