What you will bring to the role:

• Advanced Power BI capability is essential, including experience designing dashboards, data models, automated reporting and visual analytics that communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in L&D, Quality, Digital Enablement or a similar function, with proven capability in process, system or framework governance.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (preferably Workday Learning) for data analysis, reporting, administration and compliance.
• Experience managing or contributing to quality frameworks, audits, measurement and evaluation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate data into meaningful insights for a non‑technical audience.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with confidence consulting across all levels of the organisation.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business Analytics, Learning & Development, Project Management, Quality, Human Resources or related discipline (desirable)
