Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and handling confidential information.
  • Manage and maintain accurate filing systems (both electronic and paper) for all documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with record retention policies.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, IT, HR) to resolve administrative issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and company policies.


Skills

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or project support role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field-Preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stake holders Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and oral
  • Strong planning, organizing, and integration skills.
  • Strong knowledge in the development and implementation of policies & procedures.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
