What You will be doing:


  • In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance for employees, HR teams, and other stakeholders using easyJet's People Technology platforms.
  • You'll manage queries through easyJet's ticketing system, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary. You'll also assist with project coordination and content creation for the People Solutions team.
  • Success in this role requires a solid understanding of People Systems and strong problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operation.
  • Additionally, you'll offer training, maintain documentation, support system upgrades, and provide feedback for system enhancements.


Requirements:


  • To succeed in this role, you'll need proven experience working with People data, processes, and systems, along with technical expertise in Workday.
  • Strong analytical skills are essential, particularly in reporting and data analysis across multiple sources. You should be adept at managing queries, presenting findings, and delivering presentations to small or medium-sized groups.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management are key, along with the ability to translate complex data into business language.
  • Additionally, strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are critical. Experience in the airline or retail sector, and familiarity with systems like Workday HCM or Oracle Service Cloud, is desirable.
