Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Work Order Management in JDE
• Creates OI/OK PO based on the existing ordering system
• Creates Work Orders
• Analyzes material shortages and acts upon needed actions - including sourcing from any available location (OE and other BPs)
• Coordinates and expedites flow of materials within or between departments according to production schedule.
• Ensures timeliness of data entry.
• Analyzes trends and material-related information and prepares reports associated with it.
• Prints and distributes Work Orders to the different Product Lines
• Handles Multiple Product Lines
• In charge of MRP Messages (ie Increase/Decrease Qty, Expedite/Cancel WO etc)•
• Set the Promise date for Orders and create Transfer Orders.
• Responsible for Work Order Management in E1 - alignment / re-dating of Work Order, Transfer Order and Sales order
• Creation of Rework Work Orders
• Review materials availability (MOK) and shortage list
• •Coordinating and expediting the flow of materials within or between departments according to production schedule.
• Printing and releasing of Work Order package for different value streams
• Coordinating and expediting the flow of materials within or between departments according to production schedule.
• Review work order sequence
• Handles Multiple products
• Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• With hands-on experience navigating El or JDE system
• Excellent computer skills
• Good teamwork & can work with minimum supervision
• Highly analytical & very keen on details
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of production flow
• Understanding of sequencing
• Cross functional understanding of product planning
• Reports preparation in Excel
