Key Responsibilities:


  • Work with HQ and respective outports sales team/GSA to devise sales & distribution strategies for both direct and indirect channels to maximize revenue contribution and aimed to achieve their revenue targets given
  • Provide timely market feedback and analysis on competition and develop strategies to defend our market share and/or to increase our load factor
  • Ensure sales process is running smooth to support work efficiency and excellent customer services
  • Identify gaps and develop new market segments to generate incremental revenues 
  • Manage agency incentive program and produce sales materials to support respective point of sales
  • Conduct sales visit and presentation to the right audience to promote our brand, products and services
  • Lead an Assistant Manager, Sales (outport) to perform the tasks given as the above
  • Perform any other duties as assigned 


Requirements:


  • Hong Kong permanent resident status
  • Bachelor degree holder or above  
  • A minimum of 10 years’ or above of airline sales experience
  • Airlines Reservation and Ticketing knowledge is preferred
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications 
  • Energetic and outgoing, excellent analytical, communications and presentation skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Able to adopt various interpersonal styles to work effectively with a wide range of colleagues, customers and stakeholders
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Sales (Outport)
