Key Accountabilities:


  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to ensure a profitable business growth and to achieve company’s budget
  • Build and maintain productive and mutually beneficial relationship with key accounts in the territory
  • Maximize sales and increase market coverage by driving third party sales throughout Asia
  • Maintain a high-profile presence in the market place
  • Prepare presentations, proposals/upgrades and maintenance quotations to clients as requested and follow up
  • Analyze client’s need and provide them with tailor-made solutions
  • Manage client expectation throughout and coordinate with related functional team when necessary
  • Monitor and evaluate service efficiency, performance and compliance with agreement, and adjust rendered services to improve client satisfaction
  • Track and optimize client outstanding accounts and any in-service special proposals and agreements
  • Establish and develop a strong relationship with new and existing clients
  • Develop close relationships with business partners and OEMs to facilitate sales, marketing, and operational activities.
  • Perform market and industry analysis to seek market share in business jet sector.
  • Develop and maintain effective estimating and sales process
  • Drive pricing negotiation for major projects
  • Market Metrojet’s all line of business
  • Perform any duties as deem necessary by the direct manager


Job Specifications:



  • Degree holder in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in Asia market preferably with sales/business development experience
  • Corporate/Business Aviation industry experience is preferred
  • Competency in providing sales advisory service to clients regarding aircraft maintenance, retrofits, modifications and upgrades (RMUs) and parts services.
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Jetnet/AMSTAT, etc.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self starter and motivated to meet/influence new people and advocate Metrojet
  • Deep passion and broad industry knowledge in Aviation
  • xtensive travelling with efficient time management is required
