About the Role


We're seeking a dynamic and experienced recruiter to play a pivotal role in driving our Operations teams (Flight Ops/Ground Ops) to new heights with exceptional talent.

 

You will be responsible for end-to-end activity including attracting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring new employees. That’s not all, you will possess well-honed stakeholder management skills and function as a Partner to the business.

 

A multi-faceted role, this position commands responsibility for leading all aspects of talent acquisition. You will be embedded in global campaign management and the opportunity to engage with talent across international markets. 

 

Strategic in nature, yours is a role that will leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimise recruitment initiatives, whilst developing innovative recruitment strategies for niche aviation roles within our core Operations function.

About You


Degree qualified, you must demonstrate a minimum 7 years of experience with a first-class track record within commercial aviation. 

 

Demonstrated experience in recruiting for Operations roles within an airline is essential and highly valued for this position.
