About the Role


We're seeking a dynamic and experienced recruiter to play a pivotal role in driving our Sales and Commercial teams to new heights with exceptional talent.

 

In this pivotal role, you will lead the development of our commercial engine, driving our global operations by identifying and attracting top sales, revenue, and commercial talent to propel us to new heights.

 

You will be responsible for end-to-end activity including attracting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring new employees. That’s not all, you will possess well-honed stakeholder management skills and function as a Partner to the business.

 

A multi-faceted role, this position commands responsibility for leading all aspects of talent acquisition. You will be embedded in global campaign management and the opportunity to engage with talent across international markets. 

 

Strategic in nature, yours is a role that will leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimise recruitment initiatives, whilst developing innovative recruitment strategies for niche aviation commercial roles across divisions such as Sales, Pricing, Revenue Management, Network Planning, etc.

About You


Degree qualified, you must demonstrate a minimum 7 years of experience with a first-class track record within commercial aviation. 

 

Demonstrated experience in recruiting for Commercial roles within an airline is essential and highly valued for this position.
