Key Accountabilities:



  •  Ensure regulatory compliance and C of A continuity. Comply MEL and AMS, and directly liaise with authorities for various approvals.
  • Review and ensure compliance of AD and technical directives. Evaluate ASC, SB and optional modification for incorporation value within the warranty period.
  • Co-ordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events including AOG recovery and take part in a 24/7 AOG call out roster. Act as liaison between Lead Captains, IOC and MRO for any airworthiness related matters. Communicate with CRM for any changes in flight schedule. Organize maintenance in an effective and efficient manner to minimize cost and down time.
  • Provide guidance to Technical Officer with regards to Technical Records management and maintenance data update.
  • Monitor ADD (including interior defect) for expiry, aircraft operating restrictions and spare status.
  • Complete 100% audit of maintenance workcards/RTS/CRS. Monitor and update aircraft maintenance tracking system (CAMP) for aircraft maintenance status.
  • Review and approve maintenance and service-related invoices.
  • Project lead of aircraft deliveries, ownership/operator transfers and audits from authorities, banks, ISBAO etc.
  • Control and monitor aircraft spares/inventory, warranty, insurance, subscriptions and programs.
  • Conduct training and knowledge transfer to CAMO team members.
  • Act on behalf of CAMO Manager during his/her absence. Take part in departmental strategic planning and decision making for company growth.
  • Assist Commercial Team for potential business by providing data analysis, technical consultation, input on contracts/agreements and immediate response for client’s enquiry
  • Assist ad-hoc projects / tasks as instructed by the management.

 

Job Specifications


  • Degree Holder in any aviation or relevant disciplines is preferable
  • Preferably holding a HKCAD or other equivalent Maintenance Engineer License
  • 7 years airworthiness experience in aviation industry
  • Computer literacy
  • Good command in both the written and spoken English is essential
  • Multi-tasking
  • Ability to interpret aircraft inspection manuals, airworthiness directives and service bulletins and be able to understand and communicate a technical or specialized subject-matter.
  • Work various shifts and days off as required
  • Take part in a Roster system to provide 24/7 CAMO Support for AOG and service critical events.
