Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Support and administer airline systems such as Crew Portals, AIMS, AMOS and other airline products.
  • Support requirements related to airline systems such as PSS, DCS, flight operations, crew systems, corporate applications
  • Manage user access: create users, assign roles, and perform access reviews
  • Work with Operations, Crew, Engineering, and Finance teams to understand system needs
  • Gather and document business requirements from various functional stakeholders.
  • Support analysis of business processes across airport operations, flight operations, commercial, finance, and corporate functions
  • Assist in preparation of BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and basic data models
  • Participate in solution design discussions and requirement walkthroughs
  • Support system testing activities including UAT planning, test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and third-party partners for requirement clarification
  • Assist in change management activities including SOP updates, training material preparation, and post-implementation support
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation and support audits and compliance requirements.


Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT or IT related domains.
  • Experience working with airline operational systems.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT, or related roles.
  • Exposure to airline or travel industry systems is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 airline operational environment.
  • Willingness to learn airline processes and aviation systems.
