Job Description


Process/ System Improvement


  • To work on respective systems within our HR EcoSystem on enhancement and automation to improve work efficiency.
  • Develops, builds, tests, implements, maintains and enhances HR Information Systems configuration and security.
  • Be the go-to person on the assigned systems in supporting stakeholders and users for their requirements.
  • Partner with HR process owners to review and streamline business process.
  • Develops information systems involving integration of multiple platforms, vendor products and technologies.
  • Ensure knowledge on assigned system are well managed within HR and Company.


System maintenance


  • Provide support on HR Ecosystem related issues experienced by users.
  • Maintains quality and consistency of data of our HR Information Systems and other employees related systems.
  • Troubleshoots, analyses, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.
  • Provide timely updates on systems related and escalate on systems risks.
  • Runs scheduled reports and creates reports as needed.


Project management


  • Assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
  • Coordinate for and support Project leads in managing team members, appointed vendors and implementers on related HR Projects. 


Vendor management


  • Coordinates and collaborates with vendor in resolving system problems and enhancement requests.
  • Manage & maintain good working relationship with different vendors both appointed and un-appointed.
  • Keep abreast of new releases and updates of the systems, propose enhancements and roll-out for stakeholders.


End users training


  • Develops user test cases and training curriculum regarding the HR Information Systems.


Others


  • Work in different teams for HR projects and initiatives
  • Participate in HR activities and events.


Desirable skills:


  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in information technology
  • Knowledge of programming eg. Python, Java, C/C#/C++, Markup, JSON etc.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Human Resource discipline or relevant background preferred
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Having 1-2years of relevant HRIS support experience or with exposure to HR Systems like Workday or equivalent HR systems, ServiceNow, Chat Bot development (Workato) will be an advantage 
  • Self-motivated, good team player and able to work independently.
  • Able to work multi-task, work well under pressure and deliver within tight timeline.
  • Good analytical problem solving skills.
