The Role

You will lead a talented team of highly skilled professionals and work closely with our Health teams to support the delivery of improved health outcomes to the communities we serve. Essential Criteria:


  • Currently holds or has held the regulatory approval of Head of Aircraft Airworthiness and Maintenance Control (HAAMC), or an approved Continuing Airworthiness Manager, or a Responsible Manager
  • Hold or previously held an aircraft engineer licence (B1, B2 or C), or have qualification in one of the following fields: Cert IV in aircraft maintenance, diploma in aviation maintenance management, diploma in engineering (aeronautical, avionics, mechanical, electrical, electronics)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the CASA regulations and standards applicable to continuing airworthiness and aircraft maintenance
  • Capability to develop Continuing Airworthiness and Maintenance Organisation expositions
  • Skilled in the preparation and presentation of budgets and reports
  • Strong working knowledge of computer-based maintenance systems
  • Eligibility to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated experience in a managerial position
