Primary Responsibilities: 

• Witness daily flushing, draining of sumps for any water present prior the start of operation and withdraws sample for the receiving & issuance tanks. 
• Witness daily tank soundings to determine each tank inventory and prepares Daily Stock Movement Report. Likewise, Maintains & prepares daily record of fuel deliveries, fuel issues, tanks soundings, meter readings, stock transfer and fuel drains. 
• Witness the operation of the pump’s motor and pipeline valves during receiving of fuel deliveries and loads fuel to refuelling trucks. Likewise, set ups connection of hoses during uplift, receiving and meter calibrations. 
• Witness filter change of Receiving & Issuance filter vessel. 
• Witness maintenance check and/or repair of fuel depot and refueller truck equipment.  
• Witness in Bridger Truck operations and transfers fuel to refuelling trucks at airport ramp. Likewise, necessary documentations and/or transaction record. 
• Reports immediately to immediate superior any incidents and issues that may affect the operations. 
• Complies with set work standards and with established corporate and departmental policies and procedures. 
• Can perform abbreviated test for JET A1 quality control. 
• Any tasks related to depot & equipment that may be assigned by Manager- VISMIN Fuel operations & Manager – Fuel Quality Operations.

Basic Qualifications:



• Must be based in Cebu or willing to relocate to Cebu.
• BS in Chemical Engineering, BS in Chemical Technology, Petroleum Engineering and any Related Course 
• Fire Fighting Training 
• Aviation Fuel Handling Seminar
• Professional Driver’s license 
• DG Training
