JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible pre-employment preparations for newly-joined crew member such as, uniform, consolidate all required documents, company accessories requisition etc.
• Monitor crew travel document status and to assist renewal when required;
• Handle Crew license, validation application;
• Monitor FOS system to ensure all crew records such as personal and training items are all up-to-date;
• Assist crew members on their training-related arrangements;
• Provide administrative support to the team;
• Handle contract crew request;
• Ad hoc tasks will be assigned by the superior or management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Right of Abode in Hong Kong
• Diploma in Aviation Management or above
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in flight operations, and corporate jet is preferred
• Strong analytical skill, work under pressure
• Result-oriented and able to manage change
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Able to work ad hoc tasks in non-office hours and public holidays.
