Key Accountabilities:

• Collaborate closely with the COO to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to provide valuable insights and recommendations on key industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
• Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
• Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations for the management team.
• Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
• Prepare and maintain confidential and sensitive documents, files, and records in a meticulous manner.
• Act as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
• Perform any other duties as required by the COO.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aviation Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar executive support role in the aviation industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of aviation operations, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a proactive and resourceful approach.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
