Key responsibilities of the role include:


  • Clarifying, refining and documenting team and cross-team processes.
  • Enabling test-and-deploy content-change processes.
  • Conducting audit and analysis of existing content and CX.
  • Improving CX for Jetstar products and services across digital channels including website, app, booking channels, marketing and service email communications, and notifications.
  • Implementing improvements across a broad collection of content assets.
  • Ensuring content meets Jetstar's editorial, design, brand and project guidelines and is aligned to broader strategy.
  • Collaborating with international stakeholders to deliver tailored content solutions for domestic and international audiences.
  • Writing, editing and sense-checking copy and images.


To be considered for this role, you will have:


  • 5+ years delivering content for a customer focused website, including a strong, demonstrated understanding of customer experience and web usability principles. 
  • Experience with Confluence and Jira or similar workflow tools.
  • Experience with Optimizely or similar optimization tools.
  • Experience with analytics and SEO/GEO tools. 
  • Experience working in an Agile environment. 
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems.
  • Ability to lead content work and contribute effectively to cross-functional teams working on complex projects. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proven ability in stakeholder management. 
  • Professional digital copywriting and editing experience – including functional and micro-copy. 
  • Proficiency in any Asian languages relevant to Jetstar destinations – Indonesian (Bahasa), Chinese (simplified and traditional), Korean, Thai, Japanese – will be highly regarded.
