Day to day


  • Collaborate closely with agencies and the brand team to create and manage paid social ads on platforms like TikTok and Meta, with a focus on retargeting and prospecting.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across various platforms, collaborating with our media agency and other suppliers to drive innovation and optimization.
  • Support brand managers in campaign planning and strategic recommendations across markets. 
  • Examine campaign performance and offer valuable insights to the brand and media planning teams. Collaborate with the media effectiveness manager to implement effective strategies.
  • Drive maximum returns on ad campaigns by collaborating with the effectiveness team to optimize strategies, placement types, and ad formats.
  • Work closely with the brand team and social media managers to guarantee timely campaign delivery while meeting predefined performance targets and expenditure guidelines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with publisher platforms (Meta, Tik Tok) to stay at the forefront of new paid media strategies.
  • Direct and implement the social paid media strategy at scale, driving optimization of channels and social-first content to increase engagement and conversion.
  • Serve as a valuable consultant to other markets, guiding them in effective strategies for paid and display social media to enhance engagement and expand reach.


About you


  • Extensive experience of multiple, large scale complex brand campaigns in multiple organisations specialising in Paid Social and Programmatic Display for a leading consumer brands 
  • A degree in a relevant subject such as Social Media, Marketing, Communications, Management, Business, or Media Studies.
  • An in depth understanding of the UK social media landscape, including platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
  • Proven success and experience managing and planning paid social campaigns in an agency or client-facing role, with knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Technical understanding of campaign set up, experience of working with Adobe preferable. 
  • Proficiency in managing and planning campaigns across various paid social platforms, as well as experience in managing display advertising.
  • Experience of working with creative agencies or internal studios to develop best in class social campaigns 
  • A solid comprehension of paid social principles and effective strategies.
  • A proactive and motivated approach, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively, and positively impact those in higher positions.
  • Knowledge of Social Media landscape in international markets preferable 
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
