Key Responsibilities:


Core duties:


  • Conduct research on customers' accounts, products and services, business landscape and competitor offerings.
  • Manage customer accounts by developing and maintaining relationships with customers by maintaining regular contact. This includes traveling to assigned region.
  • Achieve the Sales Target set by Line Manager for the respective period/year.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure well integrated sales and customer management efforts.
  • Exploring and overseeing potential implementation opportunities, including FBO and partnerships.
  • Providing Pricing & Procurement Manager with supplier evaluation and procurement assistance.
  • Engage in multiple projects that pertain to your department and designation.


Internal management duties:


  • Assist in the development of value-added products and services for implementation in the market by collecting feedback on customer needs to boost revenue growth.
  • Update the CRM with information related to customer visits/follow-up/all sales activities information.
  • Produce sales forecast and report to management every quarter.
  • Perform other duties assigned by General Manager- India


Compliance-related duties:


  • Adhere to the documented procedures of the organization or department and retain documented evidence related to the performance of their role.
  • The employee is expected to exercise their duty of care and must be aware of their health and safety responsibilities, accountability, and authority; and shall comply with the policies and procedures outlined by the organization.


Requirements:


  • Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (preferred in Business Administration) from recognized University.
  • Experience: 3 years of Sales experience in Aviation

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Account management and sales experience
  • Knowledge of aviation services and industry trends
  • Client relationship management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor degree in business administration, Aviation Management, or related field
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
