Requirements

• Hold a technical degree with at least 8 years of IT experience, including 5+ years specializing in IT infrastructure.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making skills and the ability to develop solutions independently with minimal supervision.
• Communicate effectively across diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing, with confidence in presenting ideas and asking insightful questions.
• Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, combining logic and creativity to troubleshoot and identify root causes.
• Maintain a strong focus on user and customer needs, with the ability to manage expectations and understand user behavior.
• Align tactical execution with strategic goals, showing adaptability and a proactive attitude toward change and innovation.
• Show enthusiasm for emerging technologies and a proven ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and platforms.
• Possess working knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks, ensuring structured and compliant service delivery.
• Have hands-on experience with Red Hat Linux and/or Microsoft Windows, including system configuration, monitoring, security hardening, and patching.

• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure services across platforms such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, and GCP.
• Utilize automation tools like AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Lambda, Ansible, Terraform, Azure Automation, and Aliyun ROS for cloud deployment and administration.
• Contribute to application development using CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitHub, Jenkins, GitLab, and Backstage.
• Work within agile frameworks such as Scrum to support iterative development and team collaboration.
• Communicate fluently in both English and Cantonese, ensuring effective interaction in a bilingual environment.
