 Key Responsibilities


Product Operations and Support


  • Develop a strong understanding of cargo operations and the ICMS platform.
  • Support issue triaging, troubleshooting, and escalation to ensure business continuity.
  • Log and follow through on Requests for Change (RFCs) to enable system enhancements.
  • Assist in user training and documentation to strengthen ICMS adoption and operational efficiency.

 

User Engagement


  • Act as an ICMS advocate, promoting best practices and supporting change initiatives.
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and requirements to stakeholders and vendors.
  • Support user engagement and training roadmaps to improve system usage and experience.
  • Develop user guides, communication materials, and conduct outreach or refresher sessions.

 

Administration 


  • Assist in budget planning, tracking, and reporting for ICMS operations.
  • Maintain system documentation in Business Risk Assessment Document  (BRAD), Business Application Criticality Analysis(BACA), Records of Processing (ROP) and ensure audit readiness.
  • Support Business Continuity Plan (BCP) tests and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate vendor visits, audit reviews, and manage logistics for system activities.
  • Drive process improvements through automation and workflow optimization.
  • Serve as the Local IT Coordinator (LIC), liaising with IT teams on system matters.


Requirements



  • Diploma in any area
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable solving non-routine problems.
  • Team player who can also work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Power Automate.
  • Knowledge of Scrum or other Agile frameworks preferred.
