Key Responsibilities



  • Provide public relations advice to business units across SATS Group’s global network
  • Ensure internal and external messages are conveyed in a consistent and professional way that reflects our corporate values.
  • Plan and direct the crisis communications plans, processes and procedures for issues that have the potential to cause reputational damage to SATS Group.
  • Monitor aviation industry trends, issues and perceptions to proactively identify reputational risks and opportunities.
  • Work with global communications teams and key stakeholders to ensure coordinated approach to communications, as well as consistency in delivery for quality outcomes.


Key Requirements


  • You should have over 12 years of experience in Corporate Relations and/or Communications roles. Experience working in a regulated framework or within the aviation sector will be advantageous.
  • A strategic thinker and capable project manager who can efficiently and effectively manage multiple, concurrent global communications efforts in different regions
  • An ability to develop roadmaps and guide teams to create strategies relevant to their respective regions
  • Experience working with senior leadership in multicultural environments
  • Ability to nurture meaningful stakeholder relationships, internally and externally
