Job Description


Build Talent Pipelining, Review & Manage Selection & Assessment Process


  • Part of Talent Acquisition Team and leading one of the stream and support for all categories employees (including Cabin Crew, Flight Crew and Corporate Staff) recruitment related that cover the span from the sourcing of candidates, shortlisting, assessments management, selection, contract offering to on-boarding.
  • Review new sources and channels for all requirement requirements.
  • Constantly engaging candidates to provide candidates with good quality experience throughout the full recruitment process.
  • Manage on-boarding process and work closely with HR Employee Experience team for all on-boarding administrations
  • Drive recruitment processes improvement and digitalisation effort to improve hiring efficiency and enhance candidate experience
  • Lead in recruitment related system implementations and enhancements
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other recruitment events
  • Involve and participate in review and enhance/implement all Selection & Assessment Tools and Processes on a periodical manners
  • Ensure Selection and Assessment Processes are carried out fairly and effectively
  • Identify future talent needs and work closely with possible Schools to develop suitable recruiting programs for internship, scholarships and fresh entry positions
  • Track hiring performance metrics and identify areas for improvement


Design & Implement Employer Branding Programmes


  • Working closely with Employee Communication Team to drive Company-wide Employer Branding Programmes best suited for Company in maximizing Employee Value Proposition and targeting specific role hiring campaigns
  • Part of the Team to be involved in designing new Employer Branding Initiatives (social media related, job portals, etc)
  • Assigned with Employer Branding Initiatives and ensure timely and effective execution of initiatives.
  • Administrator of Applicant Tracking System, Candidate Relationship Management, Company’s career related website & social media platforms including Facebook Career Page, Instagram, LinkedIn Company Page, etc
  • Ensure highest level of Candidate’s Experience at all possible touch points with applicants of all levels


Requirements



  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Ability to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Strong customer-centricity; strong follow-up and multi-tasking skills
  • Resourceful ,People oriented, Self-motivated, Independent but work well in a group
  • Creative, Analytical and methodical in approach
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in HR studies
  • At least 4-5 years experience with 1-2 years Tech roles recruitment experience.
