Job Description


  • As a People Advisory & Solution Consultant, you will serve as the primary HR contact and trusted advisor for business leaders, leveraging on data-driven insights to diagnose and resolve people-related challenge proactively and addressing their strategic needs. You will support business priorities by delivering impactful HR solutions, working closely within our Centers of Excellence (CoEs). Your role will involve representing HR in strategic business reviews and planning sessions, where you will proactively address workforce needs, ensuring alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.
  • In this position, you will act as a change agent, leading change management projects for various business units and supporting leadership through organizational transitions while fostering an inclusive, open culture. You will provide business leaders with valuable HR insights, recommendations, programs, and tools to ensure their units are optimized to achieve their key performance indicators (KPIs). Partnering with business leaders, you will also be responsible for sustaining a transparent communication environment across various employee groups as a part of change management process
  • Your responsibilities will also include enabling HR and business leaders to anticipate and address workforce needs and challenges. You will develop optimized people plans to ensure the organization has the necessary skills and knowledge to meet current and future business goals. This includes leading initiatives for workforce and succession planning to ensure the organization has the talent and skills needed for current and future success. Additionally, you will partner with the Organizational Development team to strengthen employee engagement and performance management processes to optimize talent development, as well as activate Scoot’s culture through company-wide initiatives and meaningful communications, aligning employees with the company’s purpose and core values.
  • Creating a performance-driven culture is another critical aspect of this role. You will design agile performance management and development processes, building a holistic system that ensures fair and objective performance assessments with continuous development opportunities. Furthermore, you will play a key role in utilizing data and technology to drive efficiency, reduce operational costs, and align HR initiatives with organizational goals.


To be successful in this role, you should possess:



  • A Degree in Business or Human Resource Management with at least 5 years of direct experience in business partnering and/or organizational development
  • An ability to effective plan and prioritize work with a self-driven and motivated attitude
  • A good digital acumen and data savviness with a strong analytical mindset to support data-driven problem-solving
  • A strong interpersonal, communication and coaching skills with the confidence to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
