You’ll have –

• Completed Certificate IV Aeroskills qualification (Mechanical or Avionics)
• Previous experience in a Line Maintenance environment is desirable
• Relevant Aircraft Maintenance (Mechanical or Avionics) trade experience
• Experience working on B738, A320 and/or A330 is desirable
• Have a proven commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement initiatives 
• Have proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle competing demands, particularly when under pressure and/or managing multiple stakeholders
• Compliance with all Qantas safe working practices and service standards
• Have excellent time management skills and a proven ability to effectively manage demanding schedules
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team and independently
• Commitment to being customer focused with the flexibility and willingness to undertake other reasonable duties as required
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Ability to work shift work 
• An Australian Drivers licence
