Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute brand and customer experience strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Identify key touch points in the customer journey and implement improvements to enhance the overall experience
  • Monitor customer feedback, surveys, data analytics and external data sources to inform brand and customer experience strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, to ensure brand and service consistency and alignment
  • Manage the brand's visual identity, messaging, and tone across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media
  • Work with Marketing to oversee the creation and production of brand campaigns, and promotions that resonate with the target audience
  • Monitor brand performance metrics, track brand health indicators, and analyse market feedback to optimize brand initiatives and campaigns
  • Perform any other duties as assigned


Requirements


  • Hong Kong permanent resident status
  • Bachelor degree holder or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines 
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand management, marketing or related exposure
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, software and analytics platforms
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Creative thinker with a passion for branding, storytelling, and design
