Job Responsibilities

Ordering Process:


  • The Jobholder will provide support to the Customer for the placement of orders for both, spares and repairs (when needed). 
  • The Jobholder will provide support for the By-Event invoicing process of all material delivered to Customer (TNI AU)
  • The Jobholder will monitor and control the ordering status by conciliating the Customer’s orderbook with ADS orderbook.    


Fleet Availability:

The Job holder will report the performance of fleet status:

  • Control list of pending items per A/C.
  • Pending items status: Availability in Customer stock, under repair process, in purchasing process by the Customer.
  • On ground A/C identification.
  • Critical items identification.
  • Report FH per A/C, and anticipate the inputs needed to elaborate the list of materials needed for scheduled maintenance activities.


Repairs Management:


  • The Jobholder will launch, in ASD systems and with ADS procedures, the repair management process for any repairable item on site, and will provide feedback to the Customer for the estimated delivery dates (EDD) of the serviceable units. The job holder will notify to the Material Support Organization on a case by case basis, any urgency or risk escalated by the Customer.
  • The Jobholder will verify that the repairable item is shipped with the correct documentation dully filled-in, in the correct packaging conditions (according to the ATA300 requirements) and will arrange the shipment of the goods.
  • Upon resolution of the repair, the Jobholder will close, in ADS systems and according to ADS procedures, the repair management process. 


Problem anticipation and resolution:


  • The Jobholder will liaise with the Customer, ADS central and local team, to ensure the timeline delivery of serviceable items, following the Customer’s request. The Jobholder will also ensure that the items are delivered with the appropriate shipping and quality documentation and according to export control regulations.
  • The Jobholder will support the Customer in the reception and acceptance process and will provide a first-level support for the on-site resolution (with the support of ADS central when needed) of any discrepancy found.
  • The Jobholder will provide first-line support to the Customer for interchangeability issues, applicability of P/Ns and any other technical issue that may arise. 
  • The Jobholder will support the improvement projects launched by Material Support Organization (when needed). 

Outputs

  • The Jobholder will deliver results as part of an organization within ADS Customer Service that provides the solution of the spares availability.
  • The Jobholder will contribute to the Customers’ fleet availability. 
  • The Jobholder will ensure profit is achieved for the Company instead of penalties due to material unavailability as associated to the contract. 
  • The Jobholder will deliver KPIs to show performance as agreed and required by ADS.


Professional Skills & Requirement


  • University Degree – technical expertise or equivalent.
  • Logistics Operations of materiel services knowledge.
  • From 1 to 3 year experience in services, supply chain, logistics or material support.
  • Leadership skills to coordinate different stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage and define processes. Good knowledge of regulation related to Export Control and Custom clearance, in particular those applicable to Indonesian regulation.
  • Resolute and problem solving experience and skills.
  • English: Negotiation level.
  • Spanish: plus to have.
  • SAP knowledge is desirable.
  • IT: MS Office, Gsuite
