What you’ll be doing

  • Establish and nurture partnerships with corporate customers through proactive and regular engagement with stakeholders at all levels
  • Deliver compelling insights using data analysis and market research to inform procurement strategies and strengthen Virgin Australia’s Value Proposition
  • Collaborate closely with Travel Management Companies (TMCs) to ensure seamless alignment between mutual customer goals, travel policy compliance, and Virgin Australia’s offering
  • Identify areas of opportunity for each partner on a regular basis, setting a clear action plan to deliver promised value while unlocking additional revenue for Virgin Australia Group
  • Actively contribute to the wider Sales team by sharing insights, collaborating on opportunities, and engaging with broader industry contacts.


You’ll be great in this role if you…

  • A natural flair for building trust and rapport, whether it’s over video or face-to face
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategy
  • Travel Industry or aviation experience would be highly regarded but not mandatory
  • Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills and strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence behaviour
  • A customer-first mindset, matched with commercial acumen and a drive for delivering measurable results.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence at all levels.
