Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement the required training programs for newly hired and upgraded pilots, ensuring alignment with operational needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that the approved training plan is accurately reflected in the pilot trainees' rosters for proper scheduling and execution.
  • Work closely with the Crew Scheduling Department to manage flight training requirements, address disruptions, and ensure smooth coordination of schedules.
  • Ensure that all required training for each pilot is completed within the designated timeframe to maintain compliance and readiness.
  • Provide support to pilot trainees, addressing any queries or requests related to their training rosters.
  • Verify that all training plans and activities consistently comply with the relevant CAAP regulations and company policies.
  • Inform affected pilot trainees and Instructor Pilots promptly of any changes to the initial training roster to minimize disruptions.
  • Submit a monthly training cost report and a summary of Instructor Pilots’ total duty time for record-keeping and analysis.


Qualifications: 

  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
  • Preferably with AIMS Training
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Office programs
