Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure Cebu Pacific's Vision and Mission is achieved through the department's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety and service standards in accordance with the Quality and Safety Management System of Cebu Pacific and with the applicable regulatory, statutory and Company policies and procedures.
  • Participate actively in CEB SMS by ensuring that highest reasonable level of safety performance is achieved by complying with all applicable safety and security laws, regulations, and standards including CEB policies and procedures and by reporting all accidents, incidents, and/or hazards.
  • Collate training records of Cabin Crew on Requalification training to ensure all required subjects are covered.
  • Monitor competency check records of all Cabin Crew and Cabin Crew Managers.
  • Assigned in safekeeping and maintenance of all training equipment which includes but not limited to filing purchase requisition in SAP as required.
  • Coordinate with Director, Training and Standards in determining the required training materials for budget purposes.


Qualifications:

  • Must be a college graduate of any course.
  • Must be proficient in English and has good verbal and non-verbal communication skills. 
  • Must be able to deliver operational excellence.
  • Must be a skilled communicator and collaborator.
  • Must have the ability to prioritize in an ever changing and fast-paced environment.
  • Must have working knowledge of MS Office Applications and other required systems.
