About you

We seek talented A License Technicians with the following skills and experience. If you meet or exceed the below criteria, we’d love to hear from you!  

• Have successfully completed a recognised aeronautical apprenticeship or equivalent, relevant experience.
• Possess a sound aircraft engineering background, with relevant experience, demonstrating clear and effective hand skills and thinking.
• For Licensed Technicians, you will hold CAA Licence qualifications coupled with the associated certification responsibilities, as required. Holding company approvals on fleet aircraft types, in respect of CAA Licence categories held.
• Have experience and technical knowledge of the Virgin fleet, sufficient to determine the airworthiness of any component or system.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good working knowledge of efficient working practices/techniques and able to drive changes to working practices
• Demonstrable adaptation to changes in working practices and environment
• Be knowledgeable of and compliant with current Health and Safety Procedures.
• Possess a working knowledge of company procedures. 
• Working knowledge of relevant company IT systems.
