Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including proactive sourcing, screening, behavioral-based interviewing, and offer negotiation and closure.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers by understanding workforce plans, advising on market talent availability, and aligning hiring strategies with business goals.
  • Craft compelling and inclusive job postings in collaboration with hiring teams to attract the right talent pool.
  • Champion the use of data and recruitment metrics to inform hiring decisions, improve hiring funnel efficiency, and influence business strategies.
  • Facilitate a seamless and engaging candidate experience, while also enabling a consistent and informed hiring manager journey.
  • Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital sourcing tools to ensure timely updates, accurate candidate tracking, and compliance with hiring protocols.
  • Collaborate with employer branding and HR teams to co-create talent attraction initiatives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, talent movement, and competitor intelligence to proactively identify recruitment risks and opportunities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in talent acquisition processes, tools, and candidate outreach strategies.


This could be for you if you:

  • Have 5 - 8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for local or Philippine-based positions across a range of functions.
  • Have prior work experience in end-to-end volume recruiting. It would be a big plus!
  • Are skilled in using a variety of sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, referrals) and applicant tracking systems to build quality pipelines.
  • Have successfully led or supported recruitment events, job fairs, or campus hiring initiatives and know how to manage stakeholders in fast-paced setups.
  • Are a confident communicator—whether it’s writing compelling messages to candidates, facilitating interviews, or presenting hiring updates to stakeholders.
  • Thrive in a highly collaborative environment, working closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Are naturally curious and data-driven—using insights and metrics to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment efficiency.
