Performs disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly and tests of aircraft components.
Ability to interpret and work from procedures, instructions to repair and overhaul components.
Perform tests, repairs and overhauls of aircraft components.
Proficient with precision measuring equipment.
Covered/Familiar with more than 25% of CMM’s in respective Product Line
Work according to approved documents (job cards (Shop Order), MMI / CE/TI, CMM) etc.
Sign off work in the job cards (Shop Order) according to company qualification system.
Report presence and working time according to policies.
Comply with all company safety regulations.
Active control and report on any safety, risk or CMM discrepancies to Product Line Manager.
Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of the company Safety Management System (SMS).
Participate in implementation Continuous Improvement / Lean in processes, procedures and working methods in order to achieve an economical component, part or appliance rework
