What you’ll be doing

As a Strategy Lead within our Velocity Strategy team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our loyalty program and broader customer strategy.

Reporting to the Head of Velocity Strategy & Transformation, you’ll lead high-impact strategic projects with a loyalty and customer focus, supporting senior leaders with decision making, commercial insights and strategic direction.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead strategic projects across loyalty, customer and commercial initiatives, from problem definition through to execution
  • Conduct financial analysis and modelling to evaluate opportunities, including loyalty program economics and new product initiatives
  • Develop business cases and quantify the “size of prize” for new partnerships, propositions and investments
  • Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, risks and opportunities, translating insights into clear recommendations
  • Prepare Executive and Board-level materials, including CEO-ready presentations that clearly communicate strategy, performance and key decisions
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape narratives, align on priorities and influence outcomes
  • Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to inform strategic direction and identify market opportunities


This is a highly visible role that sits at the centre of strategic decision-making, offering the opportunity to influence both customer experience and commercial outcomes at scale.


You’ll be great in this role if you have…

  • 3-4+ years’ experience in a Strategy focused management consulting team (Top Tier, Big 4 etc.)
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse complex data and diagnose business issues
  • Proven experience in financial modelling and building robust business cases
  • Ability to translate insights into clear, compelling recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive or board-level presentations
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across a business
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Experience within loyalty programs, aviation, or customer-led industries is advantageous but not essential
