Job Description

• Be responsible for the assurance of standards and compliance across both domestic and international Airport Operations

• 24 month fixed-term position based in Mascot, Sydney

You’ll have –

• Prior experience in an operational, safety or compliance position within aviation
• Experience in facilitating risk assessments and managing change activities
• Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvements as related to policies, processes and systems to deliver improved compliance and safety outcomes
• Proven ability to lead a team across multiple projects or programs, overseeing deliverables, coaching to outcomes, and ensuring best practices
• Experience in assessing capability, performance and management systems of suppliers
• Knowledge and experience in operational assurance and auditing, including compliance reporting and making recommendations
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication approaches, including a confidence to engage, debate and facilitate stakeholder meetings 
• A strong attention to detail to ensure quality outcomes
