Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Production of rosters to ensure fair allocation of flight duties and time off.
  • Balancing of flight hours.
  • Effective planning of STBY duties
  • Assist Rostering Manager with the followings:
  • Analysing crew patterns to ensure optimum utilization of crew.
  • Liaise with the network planning department with regards to commercial changes which may be required.
  • Liaise with flight operations management with regard to crew termination, sickness and special requests.
  • Liaise with Recruitment department for co-ordination of new crew training requirement.
  • Carry out day to day handling of crew, staff and office administrative matters.
  • Update and maintains the Crew Database, ensuring up to date data is available for all crew.
  • Liaise with the crew regarding any queries on their rosters.
  • Ensure crew rosters are continuously updated to reflect situational changes.
  • Carry out day to day handling of crew, staff and office administrative matters.
  • Liaise with the Training department for co-ordination of crew training requirements.
  • Manage Tech Crew's Leave Application and Approval Process, including Leave Bidding exercises.
  • Any other responsibilities required by Rostering Manager.


Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma holder with 3 years working experience in planning and/or operations, or University graduate from recognised university with 1 year working experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines on several projects
  • Strong in rationalising and decision making
  • Energy with enthusiasm, enjoys and embraces change
  • Self –starter with strong project management skills
  • A high degree of computer literacy is expected and well-versed in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Good planning and prioritization skills
