About the Role

Are you an aviation engineer with a passion for aircraft safety, reliability, and performance? Join our team and play a key role in keeping our fleet at peak operational efficiency.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our RX fleet. Your duties will include providing technical support for airframe maintenance, diagnosing and resolving aircraft discrepancies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating maintenance activities to minimise downtime.

You will collaborate closely with OEMs, maintenance teams, and technical providers to optimise fleet performance and uphold the highest safety standards.

Strong problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and experience with B787 fleet are essential.

About You



You must hold a Diploma or Degree and have at least 7 years of experience in aviation engineering or maintenance, with a B1 License and expertise in Boeing 787.

A strong background in aircraft modifications, upgrade programs, and project management is essential, while experience with AMOS maintenance management software is preferred.

We’re looking for someone with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a willingness to work in a rotating shift pattern, are also key to success in this role.
