Responsibilities


Training Management


  • Manage to ensure that our service partners are familiar with the Scoot product and policies and are updated of such changes via our continuous training efforts.                                                                                                                     
  • Responsible for managing the Workday Learning system for Ground Department. It includes managing user data, training materials in e-learning format.     
  • Managing and administering of all training matters which includes upkeeping training records and materials.


Training


  • Conduct training for the following: DCS system, Passenger Handling Training, Ramp training. Narrow Body Weight & Balance Document Training (Any other compliance/station specific training that might be required to be conducted), Load control training for Wide body (line stations and CLC), Dangerous Goods (DG) Training.
  • Communicate and ensure understanding of training requirements and expectation to the trainees.
  • Conduct and enforce integrity of Assessments


Load Control


  • Coordinate with appointed CLC service provider and line stations to ensure load control functions are fulfilled as per service agreements
  • Draft Service Level Agreement Letters for issuance to CLC service providers and monitor follow up
  • Assist in investigation of load control related incidents
  • Monitor and support special flights such as delivery flights and inaugural flights
  • Draft Load Control Instructions (LCIs) and assist in distribution to network stations


Procedures Management


  • Communicate with our service partners to ensure they are familiar and comply with the Scoot product and policies and are updated of such changes via our continuous training efforts.
  • Maximize resources for efficiency and productivity.
  • Build relationships with service partners, agencies, and potential partners for the growth of Scoots operational needs.
  • Coordinate and engage with various stakeholders across other departments to achieve a favorable outcome taking into regard their best interest.
  • Establish and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for operations manuals (Ground Services Manual (GSM), Cargo Procedures Manual (CPM) & Load Control Manual (LCM)).                   
  • Explore opportunities for Improvement in services delivery and to improve the service delivery of our business model.      
  • Provide directions, guide teams in product roadmaps, coordinates work within the project team, mentors team members and lead in resolving complexed issues.                 

Other Duties


  • Manage SharePoint including access to network stations
  • Assist in station start-ups.
  • Conduct internal and station audits


Requirements:



  • Diploma in relevant field
  • Extensive experience in Airport Operations and conversant with operational processes and terminologies used
  • Meticulous in administrative work
  • Knowledge of Competency-based Training and Assessment (CBTA) framework
  • Experience in development of training content
  • Excellent time management and organizational skill
  • Strong collaboration ability with cross-departmental functions
