Perform routine technical tasks on site, in the field, or in a laboratory, and receive training in laboratory, office, plant, and field technical work.


Key responsibilities:


• Perform preventive maintenance on simulators and associated systems.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve simulator and related system issues.

• Record and track maintenance activities in the Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

• Complete assigned technical training and qualification programs.

• Conduct simulator pre-flight and post-flight inspections.

• Perform basic visual alignments and execute automatic Qualification Test Guides (QTGs).

• Assist with simulator modifications, hardware upgrades, and refurbishment projects.

• Comply with Quality Management System procedures and requirements.

• Provide timely technical support and customer service.

• Maintain simulator facilities and equipment.

• Perform logistics duties, including receiving parts, repairs, testing, and validation.

• Support administrative tasks required by the Technical Services team.


Qualifications:


• 2-year technical degree or 4 years in an electronic, avionic, or technical-related field.

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.

• Ability to work flexible shifts and changing schedules.

• Ability to interpret system prints and schematics.

• Proficiency with test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and logic analyzers.

• Knowledge of analog and digital theory.

• Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

• Proficiency in soldering and circuit-board repairs.

• Fluency in English.
