Role Introduction


This role is part of a professional team in our Flight Operations Department, which consists of flight crew and ground staff teams, both working to ensure the highest standards of operational efficiency and service. Safety is intrinsic to everything we do.

As a Simulator Instructor at Cathay, you will be responsible for training and evaluating flight crew members. Your role includes developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure pilots are proficient in operating various aircraft and adhering to safety protocols. You will conduct simulator sessions, assess crew performance, and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills and knowledge. Your contributions are essential in maintaining high standards of safety and operational excellence within the airline.


Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out Instructional duties as a Flight Simulator Instructor in accordance with the Cathay operations manualsItem 2 of 9,

Requirements


  • Item 1 of 5, 

  • Must hold or previously held an internationally recognized Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL (A))Item 2 of 5,
