About the Role

Are you wired for leadership and passionate about aviation excellence? We're seeking an experienced hands-on professional to lead our Line Maintenance operations.

In this pivotal role, you will be the cornerstone of our aircraft safety operations, directly impacting the reliability and efficiency of our Boeing 787 fleet. Success in this role demands exceptional leadership capabilities, deep technical expertise, and an unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance with GACA Regulations.

This strategic leadership role entails managing and directing line maintenance shift operations, making critical technical operational decisions for aircraft recovery, and ensuring seamless daily operation support. You will oversee defect management and MEL application approvals while maintaining the uncompromising safety standards that define Riyadh Air. Further, you will establish and control airworthiness standards across our entire fleet, providing leadership and mentorship to maintenance teams while coordinating with AOG desk operations and MCC systems.

About You

A minimum Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering or equivalent, you will possess at least 10 years of comprehensive aircraft maintenance experience with extensive line maintenance management expertise.

The following mandatory documents are required and must be uploaded as part of your application:



• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering or equivalent qualification
• B787 GENX type rating certificate
• GACA Aviation License
• Comprehensive maintenance management experience records
• AMOS software proficiency certification (if available)
• Boeing and/or Airbus fleet experience documentation

You are also required to hold the appropriate security clearance and demonstrate availability for rotating shift patterns essential for 24/7 operations.
