KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Acts as the Business Partner to assigned departments ensuring all their training design needs are met.
  • Designs, develops, and customizes classroom-based training programs tailored to business needs and organizational goals.
  • Creates engaging learning materials, such as instructor guides, participant workbooks, presentations, and job aids, using principles of adult learning theory.
  • Incorporates interactive methods, including group activities, role-playing, simulations, and case studies, to maximize learning outcomes.
  • Develops blended learning solutions by integrating classroom sessions with e-learning modules, microlearning, and post-training reinforcement activities.
  • Delivers high-energy, effective classroom and workshop training sessions to diverse employee groups, from frontline staff to leadership.
  • Applies facilitation techniques to create an inclusive and interactive learning environment that encourages participation and knowledge retention.
  • Collaborates with department heads and managers to conduct comprehensive Learning Needs Assessments (LNAs), identifying skill gaps and training requirements.
  • Refines training programs regularly based on evaluation findings and evolving business needs.
  • Partners with business leaders, HR partners, and subject matter experts to align training initiatives with strategic priorities.
  • Fosters strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the credibility and impact of training programs.


QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES


  • Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
  • Degree Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English
  • 4 years of experience in training design and delivery, with a significant focus on classroom facilitation.
  • 5 - 7 years
  • Professional certifications in Learning & Development (e.g., CIPD, or equivalent) are preferred.
